Affected Services are Tipid Wireless and Tipid Lines ONLY. The rest of our Services are still working.

The PLDT equipment that is servicing all of the customers (meaning everyone who is using the long distance service besides OOPA) is down as of this time. PLDT has not yet solved the problem and we are now finding out that they do not have a back up for their system. This system is the one connecting the calls from OOPA to their PLDT local wireless and landlines.

Our system is working but PLDTs system is not.

We’re very sorry about this but the only thing we can do is wait. How long? They are not saying.

We really apologize for this because we know all of your calls are important and we don’t like it if PLDT is down because you can’t call.

Once again, we apologize for this. We will let you know once it is working again.
